Job Title: HR Lead
Purpose of the position/role:
The role requires to lead and give shape and structure to the HR function and help build a high performing organization of highly engaged team. To make the organization best in the industry as a place to work for.
Working closely with CEO and other business/people leaders and partnering with them for building and maintaining a high performing team and culture and creating a highly engaging environment
Creating delightful employee experience through every HR initiatives and interventions including employee induction, training & skill/competence development, rewards and recognition, performance management to name a few
Updating and keeping the policies relevant and ensuring implementation organization wide
Coaching and counselling leadership team on all people issues
Create and execute different leadership development & Training programs
Drive employee communication
Work on various HR reports and analytics
Managing day to day HR operations
Skills, Experience, qualification and who you are:
You are self-driven (isnt waiting for instructions), execution oriented, take initiative, have high degree of ownership, hunger to learn and passionate about HR
You understand how a business is run and understand the complexities of people management and can link HR deliverables with business objectives
You have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and can communicate with impact and influence across levels and cultures and have high interpersonal sensitivity
You are process driven and can create new processes to support business and HR service delivery
3-5 years of experience in HR domain as HR business partner in a mid to large size company
HR Business Partnership of 100 plus size organization
Very importantly, as a person you are passionate and driven about building a great organization with best people practices. You are positive, fearless, approachable, friendly, humble and willing to learn.
Educational Qualification/other qualification:
Degree/Diploma in MBA with specialization in HR from a premier institute
3-5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner / Generalist supporting 100+ employee organization
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 9,00,000 P.A.
